Billing executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Learn and manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data and interactions
  • Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Windows System Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Installing and Upgrading VMware tools
  • Troubleshooting RDP related issues
  • Knowledge of FTP, IIS
  • Installing roles and features in windows servers
  • Creating users and assigning admin privileges to users
  • Installing Windows server O/s 2012, 2016, and 2019 on Virtual Machines
  • Troubleshooting performance-related issues and unexpected reboot issues
  • Adding new disks to the server and Creating Partitions
  • Installing MSSQL server and enabling remote access
  • Knowledge on Windows Active directory (Creating users and Origination units)
  • Troubleshooting High cpu and memory utilization issues
  • Opening ports and whitelisting IPs in windows firewall
  • Knowledge of Networking commands(telnet, traceroute, netstat)
  • Knowledge on the panel like plesk, solid cp, etc

Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation- Interacting with clients for projects allotment and make clear understanding of their requirements
  • Requirements good to have relative work experience with IT domain.

  • Coordinating with the technical team for the timely completion of the order.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the Documentation is completed promptly and accurately.

  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Steps for Measuring an Interview
